About the role
Due to an internal move, an exciting full-time permanent opportunity is available for a Business Support Officer to join our team!
In this role you will be supporting BU projects through assisting Managers and the broader Business Unit in areas including but not limited to client invoices/claims and the management of the client and subcontractor relationship.
Key Responsibilities include, but not limited to
1. Ensuring client and subcontractor Project Registers are maintained in accordance with Zinfra procedures and policies
2. Supporting BU field workers in updating SAP for timesheets and expenses for approval and payment
3. Preparing payment proposal claims and invoicing activities
4. Establishing strong working relationships with clients and subcontractors to promote provision of quality customer service
5. Coordinating uniform ordering and receipt processing
About You
6. SAP and Upvise experience (preferred)
7. Customer service experience
8. Proficient with MS suite of software
9. High data input speed and accuracy
10. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills.
11. Time management skills in order to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
12. Detail oriented
