Conduct business process analysis and provide specialist support for a range of multidisciplinary projects at Charles Darwin University (CDU)
About the Position
As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing specialist support to multi-disciplinary projects through the assessment of client needs to align DTS technology and business initiatives with technical solutions. This position’s main focus is understanding the business requirements, and conducts business process analysis, functional design, documentation implementation, and testing to deliver enterprise solutions to the university community.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, a related field or similar qualifications.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with business processes, IT applications, development of requirements, functional specification and analysis.
- Proficient in contemporary tools (e.g., Excel, Teams, Visio, Confluence/Jira, Power BI).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrable ability to understand complex business requirements.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Robust project management and organizational skills.

Remuneration
Appointment to this role will be at Professional level 7/8. The base salary will be in the range of $96,559.68 to $122,491.07 per annum. The total remuneration package will be in the range of $112,974.82 - $143,314.47 per annum, including 17% superannuation.
