About You
* Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment across high-volume portfolios
* Strong stakeholder engagement and consultative recruitment skills
* Proficient in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and ATS platforms
* Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities
* Knowledgeable about employment legislation and best practices in inclusive hiring
Job Role
* Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
* Build and maintain talent pipelines and deliver engaging, inclusive job advertisements.
* Partner closely with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and provide market insights.
* Maintain data integrity in applicant tracking systems and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
* Support diversity and inclusion initiatives and help continuously improve recruitment processes.
