About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill our Engineering Coordinator position. As an integral member of our hotel's operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in various capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Inputting data into our ESCAP system
* Tracking and managing purchase orders and invoices through PeopleSoft
* Maintaining accurate records of supplies and utilities data
* Coordinating contractor inductions and maintenance schedules
* Supporting the OHSAS 18001 accreditation process
* Entering data into our IHG Green Engage tool

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and good writing abilities. Additionally, we require at least one year of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
