As an Assistant Store Manager (internally known as Inventory Manager), you'll lead a team to ensure strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimized shrinkage to maximize store profitability. To succeed, you should ideally have:
* Retail management experience (highly regarded)
* Solid understanding of inventory control
* Ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service
* Skills in training and achieving results
