Computershare is seeking a Strategic Pursuits Manager to join the Strategic Pursuits team, supporting all Computershare business lines across all regions to meet new business and key client retention objectives. This is a global role that can be undertaken on a remote or hybrid basis, ideally with the applicant able to travel to our Melbourne or Sydney office as and when required.
**A role you will love**
The (Global) Strategic Pursuit Manager has end-to-end responsibility for the submission of compelling proposals and RFP responses. The key areas of influence and impact are pre-RFP, where you will facilitate win strategy development and develop the proposal plan and win themes.
The role is predominantly focused on large and/or strategic deals, with support for lower priority opportunities as needed.
You will also support the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the Computershare 'Knowledge Base' of frequently asked questions and standard proposal templates.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires a blend of bid strategy, proposal management and content creation skills.
**Some other key responsibilities**:
- Manage each pursuit in line with the Computershare strategic pursuit process
- Work with Sales, SMEs & Proposals Specialists to create winning proposals and RFP responses
- Drive development of win themes and executive summaries
- Proposal and presentation storyboarding
- Maintain high quality standards, including critical reviews and proofreading.
