Are you passionate about IT support and ready to develop your skills in a Level 1-2 Service Desk role? We're looking for a friendly, hands-on support officer to join our client's team in the Scenic Rim region. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy environment, this could be the perfect fit for you
What You'll Do
 * Provide IT support through walk-ups, phone calls, and emails
 * Assist a wide variety of users — from tradespeople like plumbers to field workers
 * Support approximately 400 end users in a fast-paced service desk environment
 * Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate when needed
 * Deliver excellent customer service with a positive and approachable attitude
What We're Looking For
 * Experience or interest in a service desk or IT support role (Level 1-2)
 * Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse users
 * Ability to work full-time onsite in Scenic Rim
 * Willingness to learn quickly and grow within the role
 * Reliable, customer-focused, and a great team player
