Project Supervisor – Electrical
FIFO | Pilbara Region | Major EPCM Project
Weststate Energy is preparing to deliver a large-scale upcoming EPCM project in the Pilbara region and is seeking Expressions of Interest from experienced Electrical Supervisors to join our delivery team. This role offers an opportunity to be involved from early project phases through execution on a high‐profile resources project, in a safety‐driven EPCM environment.
The Opportunity

* Roster: 2/1
* Full time contract, long term employment

A successful applicant will have relevant industry experience. Reporting directly to the Project management team, you can expect support and guidance but need to have the ability and experience to work independently. This role is predominantly onsite on a 2 weeks on / 1 week off roster. When site presence is not required the position will be Perth based 5 days a week.
The role will suit a hands-on multi‐skilled person who will be responsible for the successful onsite delivery of a diversified range of Electrical / Communications projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Conduct, communicate and participate in prestart, safety toolbox and debrief meetings
* Take responsibility for personal health and safety, and safe conditions of others
* Supervise employees as assigned
* Organise workflow and materials to maintain productivity and efficiency
* Participate in behavioural observation and hazard identification inspections
* Coordinate construction, commissioning, and close-out activities
* Maintain records, reporting and progress tracking
* Monitor, review and maintain inspection and test plans and records
* Supervise site activities with a strong focus on HSE, quality, and compliance
* Time management and effective control of nonproductive time
* Liaison with client representatives and internal stakeholders

Essential Qualifications
* Current Electrical License
* S26 Supervisor Training (Preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Australian Electrical Standards
* Experience and knowledge of Rio Tinto standards, specifications, and work practices (preferred)
* Strong communication skills
* Conformity to company/ site policies and procedures
* Ability to assist with procurement, scheduling
* Demonstrated experience delivering projects in a resources or heavy industrial environment
* Ability to pass site medicals, D&A testing, and maintain required site competencies
* Current Australian driver's license
