Role Description
We're seeking a full-time
Credit Analyst
to join our Commercial Lending & Development Finance team on the Gold Coast. This is an opportunity to build your career in private credit, working on transactions that go well beyond standard mortgage lending.
As a Credit Analyst, you'll be hands-on in assessing complex deals across bridging, commercial, and construction finance. You'll review detailed financials, valuations, and project feasibility, and prepare recommendations that directly influence lending decisions. Expect to work closely with senior credit managers, brokers, and clients, gaining exposure to structured lending, development risk analysis, and high-value property transactions.

Qualifications
Credit Management, Credit
Strong Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
