We are seeking a Roads / Highways Design Manager for a leading Tier 2 contractor, based in Melbourne.

To be successful, you will be:
* A proven design manager, having delivered roads projects (preferably in Victoria) previously.
* You will be a good communicator and relationship/stakeholder manager.
* Experience in Alliance model contracts (preferable)
