Conditions for Success:
* Minimum 7+years PQE employment law - litigation and advisory.
* Experience in defendant insurance law cases is highly regarded.
* Ability to prioritise & manage matters effectively.
* Adept commercial acumen & ability to interact with clients from a range of backgrounds, industries & sectors.
* Communication skills - fluent & clear communication with stakeholders at all levels, can lisn & follow instructions readily.
* Attention to detail - quick learner with expert analysis & approach to cases.
Your Responsibilities:
* Take on a mix of advisory & litigious employment law cases incl not online but Workplace Relations, Employment Contracts, Enterprise agreements, Discrimination & unfair dismissal claims, and more.
* Minimum 7 billable hours per day.
* Draft relevant legal documents for cases.
* Keep in view the broader perspective & integrate other commercial & client related factors while handling your cases.
* Manage & prioritise your cases & files with attention to detail.
