Ecommerce Coordinator – Concession | Pyrmont
We're looking for an Ecommerce Coordinator to support the day‐to‐day operations of Sheridan across key concession partners including Myer and David Jones. This is a fast‐paced, hands‐on role where you'll manage online content, product listings and site performance to ensure a seamless customer experience and support revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‐to‐day ecommerce operations across concession platforms (Myer & David Jones)
* Maintain and update website content, product listings and navigation
* Monitor site performance, identify issues and troubleshoot bugs
* Upload and manage product imagery and information across platforms
* Coordinate website activity and production requests with Retail and Marketing teams
* Support product lifecycle management, including availability and merchandising
* Analyse data and reporting to inform content and trading decisions
* Assist across Sheridan owned websites where required
About You
You're detail oriented, organised and thrive in a fast‐moving environment. You enjoy working cross‐functionally and have a proactive approach to problem solving.
You'll bring
* Experience with CMS platforms and basic HTML knowledge
* Confident Excel skills as well as strong ability working with data
* Experience with ecommerce platforms (Magento or PIM systems highly preferable)
* Exposure to reporting tools like Google Analytics or Power BI (preferable)
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
