Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Coordinator to support the delivery of small to medium ICT initiatives within a complex government environment. This role focuses on coordinating technical delivery activities, ensuring ICT solutions are transitioned and implemented sustainably, and meeting agreed scope, schedule, quality, and budget outcomes.
You will work closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to plan, coordinate, and report on delivery activities, applying agile delivery concepts and operating within established governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate the planning, development, and delivery of ICT initiatives
* Manage the transition and transfer of applications and tools into a standard operating environment
* Coordinate software deployment, data migration, and technical cutover activities
* Apply agile delivery approaches, including sprint-based delivery
* Produce and maintain project documentation in line with governance requirements
* Support project schedules, reporting, and assurance activities
* Liaise with senior stakeholders across multiple teams and agencies
* Support communication, change management and benefit realisation activities
* Ensure compliance with internal governance, assurance and reporting practices
* Deliver work packages to agreed scope, schedule, quality and budget baselines
Mandatory Requirements
* Australian Citizenship (mandatory)
* Experience delivering software deployment projects, including service establishment
* Experience in data migration projects
* Hands‐on experience with BitTitan MigrationWiz for M365 migrations (Teams, Mail, OneDrive, etc.)
* Experience with networking and connected device configuration
Highly Desirable
* Experience using Microsoft Project
* Knowledge of software asset management, end‐user computing and information security concepts
* Experience across both public and private sector environments
