With further expansion underway, this role plays a key part in maintaining asset standards and driving strong resale outcomes. The Opportunity You’ll lead refurbishment and reinstatement works across a portfolio of retirement villages, ensuring homes are returned to market efficiently and to a consistently high standard. The role calls for someone who can balance commercial outcomes with empathy and clear communication, working confidently within live, occupied communities. Key Responsibilities Deliver refurbishment and reinstatement programs supporting 70 to 90 resales annually Manage contractors, trades, consultants, and suppliers across multiple sites Conduct scopes, inspections, variations, valuations, and final sign‑offs Ensure projects meet safety, quality, budget, and timeline requirements Work closely with village managers, sales teams, and residents to provide clear, respectful communication Minimise disruption to village operations and daily resident life Ensure compliance with WHS, building regulations, and accessibility standards Maintain accurate project reporting, documentation, and cost controls What You’ll Bring Experience delivering refurbishment, reinstatement, or planned works in occupied buildings Strong understanding of construction and building maintenance Confidence in managing contractors and external suppliers Calm, empathetic communication suited to elderly residents Strong coordination, planning, and problem‑solving capability across multiple sites Working knowledge of WHS and site safety Qualifications in construction, building, surveying, or project management are beneficial Why This Role Hands‑on project ownership across multiple villages High visibility and impact on overall asset presentation Supportive team environment with room for growth Competitive salary up to $150K plus super How to Apply To apply, simply hit 'Apply Now' below or reach out to Hunter Macri on 0466 323 383 or hmacri@goughrecruitment.com.au Please note: Due to high application numbers, only short-listed candidates will be contacted.
