**Responsibilities:**
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing hands-on real-time service for VIP customers who have relationships with Player Development team members. They must demonstrate exceptional guest service in every interaction, provide timely and accurate service in a fast-paced high-demand atmosphere, and assist Casino Hosted guests with requests and demands.
In addition, they will handle all operational aspects of the player development department from opening to close daily, ensure all required paperwork is completed and filed accurately, and maintain knowledge of every responsibility and duty a Casino Host performs.
