**Job Description**:
- liaise with internal teams and clients for the completion of scheduled inspections, proactively managing your time and travelling between sites
- complete pre-purchase building, pest, dilapidation, depreciation, construction stage inspections and drug residue testing onsite
- be a voice for the customer, providing an exceptional level of service and care
- providing an exceptional level service and care to our clients
**About You**
- have completed General Pest (units 5,6,18) and Termite & Timber Pest (units 8 & 10) and be Licensed with QLD Health.
- hold a current Drivers Licence and your own transport
- demonstrate taking pride in your presentation, having a proactive attitude and an eye for detail
- have a proactive attitude with excellent communication skills and proven customer service experience
- be able to work both in a team and autonomously.
