Food Production Manager Role
This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the entire food production process from farm to market.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of management experience and a strong understanding of HACCP/SQF principles.
* Manage a team of grading staff on a daily basis.
* Set up and prepare the grading machine (equipment and computer).
* Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and liaise with technicians as needed.
* Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and maintain high standards of cleaning and sanitation.
This role includes performing stocktakes, ordering materials, and ensuring all necessary logs are up-to-date. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer software are essential for this position.
Additional responsibilities may include developing and implementing quality control processes, managing budgets, and leading cross-functional teams.
