In this role, you will maintain and continually improve the website to ensure it is engaging, accurate, accessible, and perfectly aligned with our brand and communication objectives. Using the Kentico CMS, you'll create and publish compelling content, manage platform functionality, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver an exceptional digital experience that truly connects with our audiences.
The main responsibilities of this role include:
* Maintaining and updating website content using Kentico CMS.
* Ensuring website content is accurate, accessible, and aligned with brand guidelines.
* Collaborating with the Brand and Communications team to support campaigns and initiatives.
* Working with the Systems Team and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements.
* Monitoring website performance and user experience, recommending enhancements where needed.
* Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and SEO best practices.
* Supporting analytics tracking and reporting to inform content strategy.

This permanent, full-time position based in East Perth with the option of working 2 days from home.
Skills and Experiences:
What You Will Bring
You'll draw on your creativity, technical know-how, and collaborative spirit to elevate Anglicare WA's digital presence. To succeed in this role, you'll have:
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related discipline
* Proven experience managing websites using Kentico CMS or similar platforms.
* Strong understanding of web content creation, publishing workflows, and digital accessibility.
* Experience in web development (e.g. WordPress and/or Wix platforms)
* An understanding of dynamic websites from databases
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and UX principles is desirable

You must hold a current National Police Clearance and a WA Driver's License.
