The HR functions within ASD include, but are not limited to, the delivery of recruitment and engagement activities in support of the REDSPICE targets, workforce planning, learning and development to meet organizational capability requirements, leadership, and implementation of WHS and diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the responsibilities of their respective HR stream
* Lead and implement strategic HR initiatives
* Resilient with proven capacity to manage high performing teams
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
* Demonstrated attention to detail, with the ability to take responsibility for own actions and accurate completion of work
* Strong stakeholder engagement skills and demonstrated ability to proactively build and sustain positive working relationships with team members, senior leadership and stakeholders
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities, while ensuring key objectives are met and delivered in a timely manner
