Boulder Primary School (PS) is located in the heart of the Goldfields, providing education in Boulder for more than 125 years. The Role
The successful applicant will ideally create a positive, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment that sets high expectations and encourages a growth mindset. You will play a key role in nurturing students' social and emotional development while driving their academic success.
We seek a teacher with exceptional interpersonal skills - someone who communicates effectively and builds strong, authentic relationships with students, families, colleagues, and the wider community. The ideal candidate will be organised, passionate, and motivated, with proven expertise in Early Childhood Education, an understanding of children with special needs and a strong commitment to improving literacy and numeracy outcomes for every child.
You will have the opportunity to implement agreed whole-school instructional practices and deliver a balanced approach to Early Childhood Education, blending explicit teaching with play-based learning to engage and inspire young learners.
