Job Description
The Administration Assistant will provide support to the Salon Director, manage emails and accounts payable, and assist with day-to-day business tasks. The role requires strong communication skills, ability to juggle priorities, and technical expertise using scheduling tools, email platforms, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing incoming and outgoing emails efficiently.
* Overseeing and processing accounts payable on a timely basis.
* Providing administrative support to the Salon Director, including managing their calendar, handling phone calls, and coordinating travel and bookings.
* Assisting with day-to-day business tasks and organisation, such as stocktake.
