What You'll Actually Do
Product Work (~50%)
* Build and extend our AI Productivity platform
* .NET Core APIs, Azure Function Apps, TypeScript/React, NextJs
* Work directly with the founder on architecture decisions
Client Work (~50%)
* Deliver solutions across SharePoint, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry
* Help organisations adopt AI and automate workflows
* Learn AI consulting skills on real engagements
Tech Stack
You need:
* .NET Core / C#
* Azure (Function Apps, general cloud concepts)
* Minimum 6-12 months of Azure experience with hands-on exposure to cloud concepts
* TypeScript or JavaScript
* HTML/CSS fundamentals
Bonus points:
* WebAPI / MVC.NET
* React
* / Express /
* SharePoint or Power Platform exposure

What We're Looking For
* 3-5 years development experience (3 years in .NET/C# programming)
* Comfortable working autonomously
* Pragmatic problem-solver
* Good communicator – you'll interact with clients
* Genuine interest in AI and automation (not just buzzword interest)
* Australian work rights required (Must be in Australia to apply)
Not For You If
* You need detailed specs handed to you
* You're looking for a big corporate environment
* You want to stay purely in back-end or purely in front-end
* You're not interested in the AI/automation space
