About the Role
We are seeking a Cellar Door Supervisor to fill a full-time position. Reporting to the Cellar Door Manager & Assistant Cellar Door Manager, the role will require someone who is personable, positive and who can passionately represent the Tyrrell’s brand and history. Providing exceptional customer service is essential to the position.
The position will also include administration duties, such as stock management, staff training, coaching, as well as member acquisition and the assistance of our valued trade customers. Ultimately, you will be responsible for extending Tyrrell’s famous hospitality to all guests of our cellar door and ensuring this standard is maintained by all staff.
As a role based on customer service, it will require flexibility around working both weekends and public holidays. On occasion, you may be required to assist off site at member and trade events.

* Excellent customer service and sales skills
* Advanced verbal communication
* Organised with high level of attention to detail, with a strong work ethic.
* Experience in hospitality and hosting
* Current RSA
* Current Driver’s License
* WSET or other wine education/training
* A keen interest in wine
