We have management roles currently available amongst our diverse group of Hotels (PUBS) on the NSW North Coast between Coffs Harbour and Grafton. Full-time positions are available in senior management roles that will see you leading and supporting a talented team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive the performance of the hotels.
What you'll be doing
* Manage all aspects of hotel operations, including bottle shop, food and beverage service, gaming and live entertainment offerings
* Develop and implement business strategies to improve profitability and guest satisfaction
* Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and venue policies
* Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing team of hospitality professionals
* Foster a positive and guest-centric culture within the venues
* Represent the hotels at industry events and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

* A proven track record of driving operational excellence and financial performance in the hospitality industry
