About the role
As an Assistant Asset Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our farm assets (equipment, infrastructure, and property) are well-maintained, safe, and efficiently managed. You'll support the Asset Manager in overseeing farm machinery, facilities, and capital projects while working closely with farm teams to keep operations running smoothly.
This role is hands-on, requiring strong problem-solving skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
Maintain high-quality standards across hygiene, safety, property care, and machinery performance.

Prerequisites
 * Experience in asset, machinery, or operations management within agriculture, logistics, or a similar industry.
 * Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects.
 * Hands-on problem solver with a proactive and practical approach.
 * Knowledge of farm equipment, irrigation systems, and infrastructure maintenance is preferred.
 * Strong communication skills to work effectively with farm teams and external stakeholders.
 * Proficiency in asset management software or willingness to learn.
 * A commitment to safety and compliance in all aspects of farm operations.
Other
 * Current driver's licence is essential.
 * Sound understanding of plant and equipment, maintenance/service requirements in the farming environment, systems, and associated software.
