We are looking for a capable and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and broader business operations.
This role goes beyond traditional administration. You will be responsible for supporting the end to end sales process, maintaining accurate data and reporting, and assisting across general business operations.
You will work closely with the Directors, Dealership Managers and Sales Brokers, playing a key role in keeping the sales function organised, efficient and performing.
The Role
This is a hands on role with genuine variety and responsibility.
You will support sales activity, manage administration and reporting, and contribute to the smooth running of the office and broader business. You will also provide direct support to leadership, acting as a trusted all rounder across multiple areas.
Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the sales team with administration of deals and customer enquiries
* Preparing sales documentation and maintaining CRM systems
* Tracking sales activity, pipeline and opportunities
* Using Excel to analyse data and support reporting and insights
* Coordinating communication between sales, customers and internal teams
* Providing administrative support to Dealership Managers and Sales Brokers
* Acting as a PA style support to the Director, including coordination and general assistance
* Managing general office administration and day to day operations
* Supporting broader business activities as required
About You
You are organised, proactive and comfortable working across multiple areas of the business.
You enjoy being relied on, take ownership of your work, and are confident supporting both operational and leadership level activities.
* Strong administration experience in a fast paced environment
* Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
* Experience using CRM systems or ability to learn quickly
* High attention to detail with a proactive mindset
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with a range of stakeholders
* Ability to support senior staff and handle confidential information
* A team player who is willing to step in and support where needed
Experience in industries such as marine, automotive or sales driven environments will be highly regarded.
