**Job Title:** Time Management Consultant
The organization seeks an experienced consultant to lead the implementation of a time tracking system, ensuring seamless integration with payroll and HR systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of time management processes and business rules.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Design, configure, and test the time tracking system
Develop and implement business rules for time management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth system integration
Provide training and support to end-users
Analyze and resolve system-related issues
**Requirements:**
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
Experience: 3–5+ years of hands-on experience implementing SAP EC Time Tracking modules
Skills: Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time functionalities, excellent communication and consulting skills
Additional Requirements:

Strong knowledge of Time Valuation Rules and Business Rules Engine

Time Sheet configuration
Time Management, Reporting, and Analytics
Experience with integration to Payroll (SAP/non-SAP)
Experience with SuccessFactors Release Upgrades
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time Tracking is a plus
**Work Arrangements:**
Location: Canberra, Australian Capital Territory, Australia
Travel: Willingness to travel to Canberra 2–3 times per quarter
