Contracts Manager - Supplier Transition (Testing Services)
Contract role – 12 months. Based at Norwest/Bella Vista NSW or Hawthorn VIC.

About the Opportunity
This key role involves the transition of Holcim's third‐party external testing services. You will help create a mutually beneficial partnership that drives success for both Holcim and the supplier, delivering value for money by managing supplier performance, mitigating contract risks, and implementing continuous improvement plans.
Responsibilities
* Manage the end‐to‐end transition between the incumbent and new supplier.
* Undertake quality assurance activities to ensure all controls, processes, documentation, and procedures are reviewed regularly and adhered to by both the business and the supplier.
* Actively monitor, analyse, and optimise the contract spend by addressing spend anomalies and developing mitigation strategies for cost avoidance.
* Prepare transparent and timely reporting to senior leaders.
* Actively lead and promote a safety culture across Holcim at all times.
* Review the supplier's performance against contract KPI's and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
* Monitor and review profitability of the contract and provide recommendations to senior leaders to mitigate potential risks.
* Drive monthly and quarterly review meetings with the supplier to address performance and service improvements (safety and quality).
Requirements
* Qualifications in Contract Management, Procurement, Law or related disciplines (with further science or materials testing related qualifications ideal).
* Credible contract management experience within the concrete, quarrying or related industries is highly preferred.
* Materials testing experience is a definite advantage.
* Extensive postgraduate experience managing large procurement contracts.
* Contract negotiation and management experience.
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
