Your new role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Contract Administrator to join the team on a major education project valued at over $50 million, based in Penrith. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will play a key role in the commercial management and delivery of the project from early construction through to completion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Full contract administration across the project lifecycle
Managing procurement, subcontractor engagement and negotiations
Preparing and assessing progress claims, variations and forecasts
Cost reporting, budget tracking and risk management
Supporting head contract administration and project delivery outcomes
Mentoring junior Contract Administrators where required
What you'll need to succeed:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience as a Senior Contract Administrator on projects $50m+ (education experience highly regarded)
Strong knowledge of Australian contracts and subcontractor management
A construction related qualification (Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or similar)
Excellent commercial acumen and attention to detail
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on site
