Your Role Includes:
* End‐to‐end Building Management of a premium residential complex
* Oversight of multiple Bodies Corporate
* Managing cleaners, gardeners, and service contracts
* Routine building and property inspections
* Lettings responsibilities, supported by an experienced PM team
* Liaising with owners, residents, contractors, and internal stakeholders
* Handling opens, routines, and day‐to‐day operational matters
* Maintaining high standards across compliance, presentation, and service delivery
We're Looking For:
* An experienced Building Manager or senior facilities professional
* Someone confident working with high‐end clientele
* A mature, polished communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
* Proven experience managing residential buildings and lettings
* A hands‐on, accountable approach with pride in presentation
* QLD Certificate of Registration – essential
* Experience with modern building management systems (highly regarded)
