Talent Acquisition Consultant

What you will be doing
We are looking for a hands-on and dynamic Talent Acquisition Consultant who is keen to support end-to-end talent acquisition. This role partners with key stakeholders in the business across the Children and Families and Youth Justice and professional practice portfolios in DECYP where this role takes ownership for the sourcing of talent requirements to support business priorities.
* Source quality candidates using various methods and platforms
* Translate talent gaps and challenges into TA and hiring strategies
* Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
* Work on campaigns and assessment centres
* Maximise inhouse talent acquisition functions where it benefits the business
* Provide managers with Talent and recruitment advice and support
What we are looking for
* Both a TA professional and a P&C generalist with a passion for all things Talent
* Self-motivated with exceptional organisational and communication skills
* Ability to convey information to a diverse range of people in a positive manner
* Enjoys working with a diverse stakeholder from social workers, youth workers, child safety officers to speech pathologists, psychologists to youth justice workers.
