As a Senior Consultant in Industrial Relations, you will interpret complex Enterprise Agreements and provide expert advice.
* Collaborate with Legal teams, Project Managers, and IT professionals to drive payroll compliance and remediation processes.
* Design comprehensive testing regimes and review processes, ensuring the platform meets current obligations and adapts to future changes in industrial regulations.
Key responsibilities include interpreting Enterprise Agreements, driving payroll compliance, collaborating on system delivery, designing testing regimes, and contributing to the integrity and success of the new system.
Requirements for this position include:
* Considerable experience in industrial/employee relations and employment law.
* Hands-on experience with payroll and legislative frameworks.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Tertiary qualification in Employee/Industrial Relations, Human Resources, Law, or a related discipline.
