Responsibilities:
* Leading the design and architecture of communication networks (IP/MPLS, MW radio, SDH/PDH).
* Presenting technical concepts and solutions to clients alongside the sales team.
* Preparing detailed design documentation, test procedures, and compliance artefacts.
* Supervising technical teams during factory integration and on-site deployment.
* Managing subcontractors to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality delivery.
* Driving continuous improvement and contributing to strategic technical initiatives.
Essential Skills & Experience:
* 2–5+ years of experience in MW radio, SDH/PDH, and IP/MPLS network design and deployment.
* Hands-on experience with routing protocols (MPLS, BGP, LDP, RSVP-TE, L2VPN, VPLS).
* Familiarity with Nokia MW radio, SDH, and PDH platforms.
* Cisco CCNA or Juniper JNCIA certification.
* Exposure to routers, switches, and security appliances from Cisco, Juniper, Nokia, Palo Alto.
* Strong documentation and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
* CCNP or JNCIP certification.
* Experience with IoT networking environments.
* Knowledge of AS1100 and ISO9000 standards.
* Familiarity with ACA, ITU-T, and CCITT telecommunications guidelines.
Salary:
* $140,000 per annum
