Job Details
Due to significant contract awards within our ANZ Water business, we are expanding our Water Infrastructure team, these awards bring a secure 10-year pipeline of work.
We are searching for a proven Design Manager to join the team, and with our flexibility you can base yourself in any of our offices in the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Perth.
The Water Infrastructure group provides services to a range of internal and external clients on projects covering water and wastewater treatment, dams, asset management, major conveyance, industrial, civil infrastructure, mining, and defence sectors.
You will utilise your water infrastructure expertise, leadership, coordination and communication skills to successfully engage and guide project delivery teams, whilst working with closely with end clients and contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Overall design delivery including having the ultimate carriage on any design project decisions.
* Ensure projects are delivered within the constraints of quality, time and budget.
* Work collaboratively with leaders across our ANZ team for delivery of the projects, as well as assisting with project resourcing and business initiatives.
Qualifications
The qualities that help you thrive:
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and consulting experience.
* Experience in water infrastructure engineering and design.
* Proven track record in the successful delivery of large projects on time, within budget and outstanding quality.
* Excellent communication skills and high-quality technical and non-technical report writing.
* Client relationship / management skills and experience.
