Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Painter to join our team. The successful candidate will be reporting to our office located at Leichhardt NSW 2040. Role: As a Rope Access Painter, you will be responsible for carrying out painting and surface preparation works at height using rope access techniques, ensuring all tasks are completed safely and to a high standard. The main tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to: Performing painting and coating works on external and internal building surfaces using rope access methods. Preparing surfaces by removing old paint, rust, dirt, and other contaminants. Filling holes, cracks, and ensuring surfaces are level and ready for painting. Applying paints, sealants, varnishes, and protective coatings. Mixing and matching colours to required specifications. Inspecting and maintaining rope access equipment in accordance with safety standards. Ensuring all non-painted areas are properly protected and covered. Adhering strictly to workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements. Cleaning and maintaining tools, equipment, and work areas after completion. Education and Experience Required: Certificate IV in Painting and Decorating or equivalent qualification. IRATA Level 3 certification (current and valid). Minimum 2–3 years of relevant work experience as a Painter (rope access experience preferred). Skills: Ability to communicate in English. Ability to follow instructions. Painting and decoration skills. Attention to details. Able to stand for long hours.
