This role involves providing professional American English voiceover recordings for a Text-to-Speech (TTS) project. The selected talent will deliver 3 hours of final recorded content, covering six distinct script styles. The project requires a clear, neutral American accent and the ability to deliver high-quality, intelligible audio that meets strict technical specifications. The work is fully remote, and the timeline for delivery is within two days of assignment. Candidates will be required to submit an unpaid sample for approval before proceeding with the full recording.
Responsibilities
* Record 3 hours of final content in American English, following six different script styles
* Ensure all recordings meet specified technical requirements (48kHz 16bit mono WAV, RMS background noise below -65dB, peak amplitude below -3dB, average loudness between -18LUFS and -24LUFS, reverb time under 0.4s, speech intelligibility D50 above 97%, device background noise below -85dB RMS)
* Deliver clear, natural, and intelligible voiceovers suitable for TTS applications
* Complete all recordings remotely and deliver files within the required two-day timeline
* Submit an initial unpaid sample for quality and style approval
Skills And Requirements
* Native or near-native proficiency in American English with a general accent
* Male or female voice talent, aged 25–40 years
* Proven experience in professional voiceover or audio recording, preferably for TTS or similar projects
* Access to a professional-grade recording setup capable of meeting all technical requirements
* Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise audio guidelines
* Reliable internet connection for remote collaboration and file delivery
* Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
