We have a rare opportunity to join the venue as the General Manager and assist with not just the day to day running of the venue, but the overall strategic direction and commercial success of the restaurant.
As a General Manager, you'll be responsible for achieving operational excellence by delivering a high-quality offering and service. You'll have the support of an experienced management team of 3 who are both passionate professionals and inspirational leaders.
To be considered for the role we are looking for a hospitality professional who has previously held a Restaurant or General Manager position within a restaurant or food-focused venue where customer service was a focus for success. Other qualities and skills include;
- Demonstrate your ability to stay composed in difficult situations.
- Demonstrate courage in decision making with management, staff, suppliers, contractors, and patrons.
- To demonstrate a degree of charisma in the leadership style.
- Be able to deliver a budget to your management team and work out how to make it relevant to their every day KPI's and duties
- Ensure any department of the Revenue section of the P&L; that is showing adverse variances are identified and actions are taken to influence an improved performance
