Are you a motivated and dynamic person with high level administrative experience to join our compassionate and caring team?
You will be providing a range of administrative and clerical support services to enable the Inpatient St George Mental Health Service team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner.

Selection Criteria
* Ability to perform a wide range of administrative tasks in a demanding workload
* Experience of responding to a range of enquiries and determining the appropriate response in a complex work environment
* High level interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
* Demonstrated commitment to providing quality service and quality improvement initiatives in workplace practices and procedures
* High level skills in Microsoft Office functions (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.)
* Ability to work as part of a team and flexibility to perform in a rotational role across the service.
* Demonstrated experience in usage of electronic staff rostering system, managing/using online recruitment system; personnel information system and/or online building maintenance and office equipment/product supply.
* Current unrestricted Class C Drivers Licence
