As a HR Employee Relations Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding the organization through the intricate landscape of workplace relations. Your expertise in **Modern Awards**, **Case Management**, and **Investigation** will ensure that our clients practices not only comply with current legislation but also promote a fair and equitable work environment.
As a HR Employee Relations Advisor, you will be instrumental in guiding tour client's organisation through the intricate landscape of workplace relations. Your expertise in **Modern Awards**, **Case Management**, and **Investigation** will ensure that our practices not only comply with current legislation but also promote a fair and equitable work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Case Management**: Lead the case management process, ensuring timely and accurate advisory services in line with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures. 
- **Investigative Acumen**: Conduct thorough investigations aligned with legal and policy requirements, managing fair and transparent processes for misconduct and other employee relations matters. 
- **Strategic Advice**: Offer strategic specialist Employee Relations and Industrial Relations advice, supporting the business and HR in a consistent and commercially sensitive manner. 
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Manage complex consultations and negotiations with diverse stakeholders, ensuring compliance and risk minimization while balancing competing needs.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Law, Business, or a related field. 
- Extensive experience in Employee Relations, particularly within the context of Modern Awards and workplace investigations. 
- Strong understanding of employment policies, procedures, local, state, and federal laws and regulations. 
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. 
- SHRM, PHR, CP, SPHR, SCP, or similar HR certifications are highly regarded2.
