The opportunity to join our team
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Adviser Support Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and ensuring the swift investigation and resolution of complaints and escalations from advisers and licensees.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver a high standard of customer service to internal and external advisers and licensees.
* Perform administrative processes accurately and within agreed service levels.
* Follow up on all requests, keeping customers updated and ensuring completion.
* Conduct regular quality and accuracy checks of your own work.
* Provide clear, accurate information that aligns with internal business rules.
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and business partners.
* Actively contribute to team goals and provide outstanding customer service.
* Share knowledge and insights to support team learning and performance.
What You Will Bring
* Previous experience in the finance industry will be highly regarded, specifically knowledge of Adviser and Licensee requirements.
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* A customer-first mindset with excellent communication abilities
* High attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work independently while contributing to a team
* A proactive attitude toward learning and continuous improvement
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, for day-to-day administrative and reporting tasks.
