Looking to start a career in the business world? BM&Y Chartered Accountants and Business Advisers are currently recruiting for a full-time receptionist to join our Mandurah Office team.
We require a candidate who is organised, self-motivated and can demonstrate a positive and proactive approach in all tasks provided.
Responsibilities
* Be the first point of contact for our firm's valued clients and provide administration support to the business.
* Liaise with clients and team communications (including telephone, incoming and outgoing mail and banking duties).
* Provide general clerical support (including scanning, filing of documents and maintaining our database).
Qualifications / Attributes
* Ability to provide an efficient and courteous service to our team and clients.
* Willingness to learn, positive attitude and a proactive approach to your role.
* Excellent phone manner.
* Professional image and well-rounded communication skills.
* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
Remuneration and Application
Remuneration offered will be competitive based upon relevant work experience.
