Track & Facilities Lead (2IC)
We are seeking a highly skilled Track & Facilities Supervisor (2IC) to support daily operations at our racing facility. This hands-on role involves overseeing staff, maintaining racing surfaces and operating heavy machinery.
* Responsibilities:
* Oversight of staff including delegation of tasks and providing guidance
* Maintenance of racing surfaces ensuring optimal track conditions for racing events
* Operation of heavy machinery such as graders and excavators
Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience and a strong background in machinery operation. A high level of physical fitness is also required due to the demands of this role.
The successful candidate will work closely with other members of the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. They will be responsible for identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
