* Unified Communications: Administer unified communications and conferencing systems such as Microsoft Teams Calling and Cisco Webex, ensuring reliable operation and performance.
* Documentation & Mentorship: Document configurations and share knowledge via platforms like Confluence and Jira, and provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team, acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
* Asset Management: Manage hardware and software assets, tracking inventory, overseeing procurement, and ensuring licensing and audit compliance.

What You'll Bring

* A resourceful and confident specialist with a passion for new technologies and a bias towards proactivity and prevention.
* Proven experience in a Technical Lead or senior support role within an Enterprise-level environment.
* A natural talent for recognizing problem patterns and streamlining processes to continuously improve the end-user experience.
* Strong technical communication and customer focus with the ability to translate complex information for non-technical users.

* Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in automation and Device Lifecycle Management using scripting techniques (PowerShell, Bash) and tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps.
