Trainee Sales Trader

Your role in the team
Although a finance background is desirable, it is not required; on‑the‑job training will equip you with the necessary knowledge and understanding.
What you'll need
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
* A genuine interest in the financial markets
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Confidence in basic math skills, especially mental arithmetic
* Literacy in MS Office
* A degree‑level education or equivalent experience (preferred)
* A sales background is a distinct advantage, but not required
What you'll do
* Provide front‑line support to clients via phone, email, web chat and social media
* Answer queries about our products and platforms from a global client base
* Offer an execution‑only phone dealing service after training and support
* Resolve trade disputes and provide technical support for front‑end platforms and chart packages
* Engage clients about financial markets and our latest innovations proactively
* Conduct audit checks and client administration tasks
