Job Description
As a Inside Sales Operations Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimising sales operations processes for high-profile clients in the AdTech industry.
This role requires working closely with one of our sharpest and most demanding clients, where agility, precision, and strategic problem-solving are essential for success.
You will be responsible for managing a team of high-performing professionals, ensuring operational efficiency, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance sales productivity.
Your responsibilities will include overseeing account assignments, quota management, Salesforce hygiene, and project execution while serving as a key point of contact for escalations and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
● Team Leadership & Performance Management
● Lead and manage a team of training specialists, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
● Track and optimise training KPIs, ensuring key deliverables are exceeded.
● Project Management & Communication
● Oversee incoming requests, ensuring effective sprint planning and task execution.
● Serve as the primary point of contact for queries related to project progress, scope, and new reporting initiatives.
● Account Assignments & Data Management
● Oversee account transitions, ensuring seamless assignments and adjustments.
● Conduct regular updates and audits to maintain Salesforce hygiene and compliance.
● Manage personnel-driven transfers and ensure accurate data integrity.
● Ownership & Sales Credit Disputes
● Handle escalations related to account ownership changes and their impact on revenue or sales credits.
● Ensure proper resolution of sales credit disputes, working closely with key stakeholders.
● Quota Management
● Manage mid-quarter quota adjustments due to account transitions, ensuring fair and accurate allocations.
● Oversee quarterly quota setting at both the pod and individual rep level before each quarter starts.
● Roster Configuration & Management
● Manage changes to roster configurations, including updates to fields, picklist values, record layouts, and other system settings.
● Ensure roster structures align with business needs and operational efficiency.
Qualification
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in sales operations management, with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
● Strong understanding of sales processes, data management, and quota-setting methodologies.
● Experience managing Salesforce hygiene, account transitions, and reporting processes.
● Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
● Ability to manage escalations related to account ownership, sales credit disputes, and revenue impact.
● Proficiency in Salesforce, Google Sheets, Excel, Tableau, and other sales tools.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
● Experience in sales, digital marketing, or sales analytics.
● Familiarity with agile project management methodologies.
