Epping (VIC), your role will provide support and serve the local community as the first point of contact for our customers and their retail banking needs.

With proven success in a sales leadership role and a track record of managing teams effectively, you will lead by example and be hands‑on with our customers and community.
Additionally, your experience in branch operations, risk management, and performance management will be crucial in achieving real commercial results.
Key responsibilities of a Branch Manager include:
Customer Service: A Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring that customers have a positive experience when they visit the branch. This includes addressing customer complaints, resolving issues, and answering any questions or concerns they may have.
Operations Management: A Branch Manager oversees the day‑to‑day operations of the branch, ensuring that all activities are conducted in compliance with banking regulations and policies. This includes managing cash flow, maintaining accurate records, and supervising staff.
Sales and Business Development: Branch Managers are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to grow the bank’s business. This may involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and developing marketing and sales campaigns.
Staff Management: A Branch Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising branch staff. They must ensure that employees are properly trained, motivated, and performing their job duties effectively. This includes conducting regular performance conversations and providing coaching and feedback as needed.
