We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the end-to-end design and implementation of a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) within a leading organisation.
This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension, based ideally in Sydney, but open to Melbourne or Brisbane locations with flexible hybrid working arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and document business requirements across human capital management (HCM), workforce management, and payroll functions
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and system configurations
- Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, IT, Payroll, and Compliance to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions
- Support the development of project schedules and tracking/reporting progress (PI schedules)
- Identify and manage risks, ensuring alignment with governance frameworks
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimisation
About You:
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst on HRIS or ERP implementations
- UKGPro (formerly Kronos) experience is essential – candidates without this will not be considered
- Strong understanding of HR/payroll processes and compliance
- Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, enterprise environments
