Part Time (48 hours/fortnight) ABOUT THE ROLE...
As a key member of the Finance and Administration team, the Accounts Receivable Officer plays a vital role in supporting the Health Service's financial operations.
This position is responsible for generating service invoices, monitoring revenue streams, and ensuring timely and accurate receipt and recording of payments.
The Accounts Receivable Officer manages both patient and sundry debtor accounts, maintaining a strong emphasis on accuracy and a patient-centred approach throughout all processes.
Engagement with internal staff and external stakeholders is essential to efficiently process accounts, manage debtors, and compile relevant financial statistics, contributing to the overall effectiveness and compliance of the organisation's financial practices.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA: Effective communication and organisational skills.
Highly motivated and enthusiastic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong time management skills with an excellent attention to detail Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service focused approach when liaising with all stakeholders Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks at hand.
Desirable, but not essential: Qualification (Certificate or above) in Business or Health Administration or equivalent field.
Previous experience working in Accounts Receivable position or field.
PRE-REQUISITES: NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
Working with Children Check.
Fully vaccinated (including influenza) as per current Department of Health Directives.
