The Role
We're seeking a motivated and client-focused
Account Manager
to join the Melbourne team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, delivering expert insurance advice, and ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and service a portfolio of commercial and domestic clients.
Provide tailored insurance solutions and advice.
Build and strengthen client relationships through proactive communication.
Oversee renewals, endorsements, and claims processes.
Identify opportunities for growth and cross-selling.
Support and mentor junior team members.
About You
Previous experience in an Account Manager or similar insurance role.
Tier 1
Strong technical knowledge across multiple insurance classes.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused mindset.
Comfortable working independently as well as in a team environment.
