This is an ideal opportunity for a Consultant Psychiatrist seeking: A well-supported, senior clinical role Meaningful work with older adults and their families Long-term career development within a major health service The ability to influence service design and clinical standards About the Role This is a 1.0 EFT Consultant Psychiatrist position within a highly regarded, multidisciplinary Older Adult Mental Health service. You will provide clinical leadership and specialist psychiatric care to older adults experiencing complex mental illness, including behavioural and psychological symptoms of dementia. The role spans acute inpatient and community-based services, with referrals from emergency departments, medical and surgical wards, residential aged care facilities, and community teams. You will work alongside experienced peers in a collaborative, recovery-oriented environment with strong clinical governance and support.
